A new head came in and started firing people including my Boss, team mates etc. I was told to go even when my results and pipeline was exceeding expectation. This termination was done abruptly without any prior discussion with me to find out about business prospects etc. I was just told that it is managements strategic business decision, not because of any non performance on the job. It was an unfair dismissal. At the end of the day, it was a no brainer decision for me to leave coz I cannot work with a management that wants me out - esp. when I have created good results and they want me out. I think its dumb of them.
I feel the management is not interested to know the challenges faced by the customer and the sales people in the playing field. Its all just numbers number and when is it coming in?
