Our HR and Office Management team works very hard to ensure that our office culture remains at its best, and our Recruiting team screens candidates multiple times not only for culture fit but also for team fit. Our engineering interviews consist of a panel of 4-8 interviewers who talk, test and discuss expectations with potential candidates. After the interview, the panel syncs up to discuss whether or not the candidate would be a positive addition to the team, and we make an offer based on a group decision.
