middle management sucks like hell, some of the managers possess no integrity and don't care about you promises fall through not enough good experienced engineers no good process for building quality/mature software stock option is a joke compared to other companies if you are an experienced engineer looking for more/better experience, don't come here. Be warned! if you are a fresh grad, it's okay to come here to get some experience.
