Working here has been one of the most inspiring experiences of my career. The leadership team genuinely cares about both the product and the people behind it. Our CEO has a clear, long-term vision for the company and communicates it in a way that makes you want to be part of the journey. He’s hands-on, approachable, and balances big-picture thinking with genuine humility. The culture is collaborative, fast-moving, and full of passionate people who take pride in what they do. There’s a strong emphasis on learning, ownership, and treating people with respect — everyone’s voice matters here. The office (and remote culture) feels energetic and intentional, not about appearances but about creating an environment where ideas flow freely. I’ve seen real career growth opportunities and consistent recognition for hard work. The leadership gives thoughtful feedback and celebrates wins — both big and small. It’s the kind of place where you can actually see the impact of your work every day.

I have been here for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I have never worked for a company who puts their employees so key in their decisions. Culture can not be beat. I continue to grow in my position. The opportunity here to grow is endless. And I have already seen this. My boss regularly asks What he can do for me or help me with. Who does that? I would also say that because the company is private, I don't have to be anxious when there are mass tech layoffs. And that security is worth a lot.

Honestly I can't thing of anything worth reviewing with. Any issue I have had, once brought up has been addressed.
