• The high growth has still been constrained by the desire to grow profitability (obviously not all bad) • Needs to further develop it's partner strategy • Does not have a brand recognition commensurate with the product/market positioning, world-wide footprint, and growth.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! After our recent getaway to Wintergreen in the US I couldn't agree more about the family friendly environment. The areas you pointed out for improvement are actively being worked on from a hiring and PR perspective. We are also growing in the departments you called out.
