- Working with a management team that is not capable to act in this position - Have a leader that screams a lot and does not care about the people, only cares about money - Only important thing is money in sales, not strategy or the product - No communication or consultation to the people on the floor - Some people get better oportunities, pomotions and benefits than others - All together lots of distrust between people and to the management
