There are lots of Cons here, I going to list down some of them. The company don't have senior employees. They only have 90 % of employees less than 2 years and rest 2 to 3 years of experience person that's it. The company makes those 2-3 years of experienced persons (who have a habit to spend their whole night in Office) as A-Team Lead. "TL sir" knows only one domain (like Web or Android or iOS or Backend), the one and the only one job of "TL sir" is to pressurise team member to achieve delivery as early as possible without caring about the complexity of the project, even if you are trying to explain them the problem, why it takes time to achieve that particular functionality they don't bother to understand the problem instead they think you are idiot and don't have enough knowledge. I am going to tell you a good recipe to become a "TL sir" in Appinventiv in just 4 months:- i- stay and pretend to work in the office till 10 pm. ii- Never say this sentence, It's not possible in that particular amount of time. They will decide the product duration by comparing other platforms, if you are working in angular they gave you a deadline as per the Android and iOS. In Appinventiv, no one talks about the architecture and design patterns, everyone only concerns about the delivery, even higher management wants that every employee should work at least 10 hours a day. That is the main reason they only hire fresher because they don't know anything and make them stay late at night. In every 15-20 days, time interval they took a demo. A demo is something where TL sir, PC and Higher management review your Web or App in front of the whole team. The main purpose of the demo is to criticize you and force you to stay late at nights. They don't have any testing team, only 15-20 testers, 50 % are fresher they don't know anything. They will lock bug as their will. They even don't know about which one is native functionality in Android or iOS. They just lock the bug. and the worst part is, a fresher tester lock some foolish bugs and at time of appraisals upper management rates you based on that bug counts. Worst HR policies and management. The only work of HR is to sent mail when an employee coming late in the office. Late means coming office after 10:15 AM, irrespective how late employee stays the previous night at the office. "Late coming Is Permitted Till 10:15 AM If Employee is Coming After 10:15 AM, Then It Would Be Considered As Late Arrival, And Two unapproved Late Arrivals In A Month Will Be Considered As A One full Day Leave" these are the exact word of HR, seems like you are a labour that has no compensation when stays at night even they don't reimburse the cab amount. Some of the worst HR Policies are listed, below: - 1 - 6 months probation period. 2 - Two months notice period. 3- No WFH till probation and only 1 leave are allowed in probation in a month. 4 - "In case a person resigns, his/her salary will be on hold till the duration of his notice period and the same will be cleared in Full and Final Settlement that will credit to your account after 45 days of the last working day." that is exact words of HR. Yes, they are giving a single WFH in a month and PC and TL assign the same amount of work on the same day, so what is the benefit of WFH if employee work same as working in the office. They are using Jira tool for planning and management since past 2-3 months but I can bet on this that no one in the whole company understands the real purpose of Jira, they are using Jira only for bug locking. Most of the time they are forcing the employee to work on Saturdays. Very less holiday in a calendar year even there is no holiday day on Dussehra and Eid. There are lots of parties in Appinventiv almost every other month but the dark reality behind those parties is that most of the developers trying to complete their tasks while they are having parties on the top floor. In Glassdoor, most are the reviews are fake. They are just trying to improve the company's ratings.
