As regards to your feedback on ""Very Poor Resource Management"" - it came across as little vague and I'm not sure if you addressed it our consulting operations or individual growth opportunity. Regardless I'll address both - Firstly on the Consulting Ops we have fairly mature process where individual skills and availability are validated and thereafter relevant stakeholder are duly informed. We also have fairly mature Delivery Management/Governance mechanism that ensure proper oversight is made available to our Jaipur based consultants. Secondly on the Individual growth/learning opportunity we a robust Learning & Development program called Jaipur Academy which is enabling our consultants at Role, Skills and Leadership development. It seems you're not happy with your 1:1 format between you and your manager (do note that 1:1 format is for you and your manager to decide/agree upon), please share this feedback with your manager so that you both use this time for your advantage.
