Very much an "in it for yourself" type organization. A lot of internal complaints by the current consultants. Many of them wished they had never left their previous position. Truly a services company. Their "assets" aren't worth anything what they think they are. A company that has never made a profit but spends money like they do. Senior management thinks a lot of themselves. The yearly trip to Califonia's wine country is just to make themselves feel good. Any kind of "training" could be done in a 3 hour online session. The "shares" they give you when you start are not worth anything at all. The investors are the ones who are going to make money when they go public.
