- High salary for Genius. I make about 75,000/yr which is the salary of many retail manager at Wireless Carrier(att, T-Mobile) - stocks, medical, and amazing benefits like IVF support. - Coworkers actually support each other. We work together very well. (Based on the 2 locations I’ve worked) I have heard that in some stores, the moral is terrible.

- No work life balance for full time because of very strict schedule rules and policies. - Constant intense changes to work process and policies. - Attendance policy is confusing and not black and white. It’s a way for managers to get rid of those they don’t like and refuse to state a transparent policy. - Moving up in the company is possible but you have to make Apple the center of your life. It’s also based on how good you are at story telling, high performance does NOT equal promotion. It’s a weird competition of kissing and who does more work and task for same pay.

ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
