Vantaggi
Work from home - can be very comforting to work in your own home office and not have the pressures or dress code. They supply all the equipment and reimburse internet bills Health insurance, dental care, vision care Employee discounts and friends & family discounts Store credit issued every 3 years Down to earth managers Time allotted every week for self training Easy job - 3 weeks of classroom training and another 2 weeks of easing into the role. After a month it's easy to settle in and if not, the help is always there from managers or senior advisors who are very approachable
Svantaggi
Working from home is also a con as well - the novelty can wear off after some time and it's not for everybody as it can get very lonely and isolating after a while. Especially if your struggling Work is very metrics based, too focused on stats and numbers Peer feedback system which people use and abuse to badmouth you to your manager simply if they didn't like you (although this will be taken into account by the manager whether to send the feedback to you or disregard it) Work is repetitive, mostly calls Can be very hard to book time off or get the shift you want. This is based on a bidding process which to be fair is a good motivator but even if you're doing great you can never get weekends off Career opportunities if you don't work in cork are limited. You can progress up the management line but if you don't want to work in tech or in any customer facing role the opportunities simply aren't there
