      Good benefits. Thorough training and onboarding in the beginning. Once you get used to all the information and guidelines, the tasks are relatively easy and can be carried out by anyone with a good command of their native/working language. Most of the managers were friendly, flexible and easy to talk to.

      Very repetitive tasks that are not very challenging and can sometimes feel useless. The guidelines for the tasks are quite ambiguous and are sometimes not really applicable to real casess. Productivity goals are are a bit difficult to achieve and don't seem to be measured accurately.

      ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
