      Great people. Care about the candidates and the clients alike. CEO and Founder are very involved in the business and the communities they service. Make things fun with incentives and yearly giveaways.

      Lack of branding outside of the west coast. Be a sponge, there is so much to learn. Lots of web based training, very heavy material to cover. No real training on the resume databases. Low comissions and base.
