Karen Dawal was my contact/recruiter. She has gone above and beyond in listening to my strong points, and instead of just placing me in something I was not suited for, took the time to administer tests to determine my proper skill level. Once the test results were in , then, she knew what type of job/industry/skill level that would be appropriate. I feel she would avoid just slamming me in a position that would be a recipe for failure and instead is placing me in a position to succeed. I believe she checked my references as well and left a great impression while valuing their time as most folks are busy with their own careers. I am confident she was professional throughout. I now feel I have a competent and knowledgeable contact with her going forward.
