Great for someone who is competitive. Income potential is definitely there for those who go out and find the sale. There is a LOT of training available and tons of very knowledgable people in management that have been where you are. Having your own "desk" is like running your own small business. It gives you a lot of control. Generally a pretty relaxed environment, I'm not saying it's not high stress, because it can be with everything going on, but the people are great.

Base salary is pretty low, I wish the base was just a bit higher to make the beginning a bit easier. It takes a while to build your desk and your client base so you really have to stick it out to start seeing the profits from all of your hard work. But you just have to be patient!

Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.
