No one can work with executive management, so turnover is quick in management levels, branches, and sales people. Marketed as very different from "normal" tutoring, underneath this slick facade, it is no different than any other tutoring company. Nothing special is attempted or done to match students. Great people have come through the organization, but they are always fired, and excuses made. Changes to services occur frequently. Clients get frustrated and irate. Money is the primary driver, sales, sales, sales and quality suffers.
