Vantaggi
My coworkers were truly the best and most hardworking people. It started out as a great, flexible, mom friendly work environment. It is not that way anymore.

The expectations are out of control. Our weekly meetings turned into “nobody’s doing good enough and it’s your fault our department is not doing well” and they became insanely draining. The only “pro” by the time I left was that the job was remote. The environment became sadly toxic. HR does not care.. they will meet with you if you have any problems but it’s just to shut you up and tell you you’re wrong. There are managers who are simply condescending and rude who are favored for some reason and are allowed to say whatever they want to people. I think it’s perfect! Management refuses to take accountability for issues within the department and cannot communicate properly. When the managers cry, HR cares but when the rest of the employees do… they’re just being cry babies. The promise for growth opportunities was not true. The pay is not great and they seem to be lowering it even more. $12 an hour??? It’s 2023. Nobody can live off of that. That’s not really mom friendly, except for moms who happen to have a husband making 6 figures. There are other companies / managers who will work with you being a mother. Who will tell you when you’re doing a good job and not tear you down constantly and make you feel like garbage. Many people on my team were hard working, amazing people, who eventually said enough is enough and decided they deserve to be treated better, which is 100% true.
