Schedules can change a lot especially as staff members call off last minute. Paid holidays off throughout the year are only paid to you covering 2-4 hours depending on if full time or part time, the rest of the hours you have to use your personal PTO for. If you don’t tell supervisors about your concerns then they won’t get met so don’t be afraid to speak up.
