Great team, interesting work, which is always appreciated, adding extra motivation and drive to learn and do better. No blame culture, lots of team events, amazing parties. Really, a place where peoples work is recognised with potential for further career progression. Would certainly recommend to a friend!

Like any place, can be stressful at times. Not much else to say...

- Collaborative work environment - Exceptionally talented colleagues (there's always someone to learn from!) - Varied projects, lots of different industries and tech to work with - Able to have a direct impact on business processes, with lots of agency over project decisions

Only one that comes to mind (although I'd consider this more of a pro than a con): - Projects are often challenging, solving very complex real-world problems that demand a lot of learning
