Overall positive culture, I have a friendly relationship with my management and I've enjoyed working with virtually all my peers.

Pay is lower than market average and you will need to put in more than what you'll get. There is also ambiguity on the metrics management assesses team member growth for promotions or pay increases. Work/life balance can get rough particularly in R&D depending on the project.
