      toxic management, harassment, bullying, lack of innovation, low pay, leaders without education, no benefits, the list goes on. they act like you're lucky to work there but literally ANY other job is better than this

      Lots of opportunities for growth and exposure to all varieties of the medical device lifecycle. Vertical integration is truly special for this and you will become a better engineer at this company. Overall positive culture, I have a friendly relationship with my management and I've enjoyed working with virtually all my peers.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is lower than market average and you will need to put in more than what you'll get. There is also ambiguity on the metrics management assesses team member growth for promotions or pay increases. Work/life balance can get rough particularly in R&D depending on the project.
