I took a 12k pay cut & lost my guaranteed yearly bonus to take this position to add as experience under my built while breaking into the industry. WORST mistake ever! Merit increase is 1-3% max despite the company adding more work! This company does not give nor offer yearly bonus though recruiters sell this a benefit. Very much bait & switch. I thought it was a bit weird how unhappy my teammate seemed when I first started. After being with the company over 1 yrs and less than $2 raise giving the industry standards. Applied high BELOW the mark! If you see anyone bragging about how great it is, please note they aren’t doing the brunt of front line work also note degrees do not equal high pay with this company! My position required many accolades for the same pay I can make at bucees working as a cashier.

The benefits were not great, 3 year vesting to get a 401k match, insurance was sub par, time off was below average. In addition to this the management team is having a lot of turnover along with getting rid of people systematically (or what feels targeted). This is following some acquisitions that could have been great but because the teams are all operating in silos with what feels like no cohesive direction from the senior leadership. The products that are being sold are very old feeling/looking with no real changes on the horizon. Pair this with high level executive leadership changes that are pointing to a potential sale of the company which likely will come with more changes and loss of employment.
