Keeps things interesting and every day is different which is good. - Valued by mgmt team - Contributions, feedback, and input on approach to projects are encouraged and they never hesitate to say thank you - Location - Probably most ideal for people in the south/southwest suburbs, but it's accessible from the city. It's right off 57 or we're two minutes from a train station. - Freedom to work - I don't like to be micro-managed and I feel I'm given enough freedom to do my work. I'm given parameters of a project and allowed to accomplish it how i see fit.

- Communication between departments could use some work, a common problem with most organizations of this size. - A lot of new tools being introduced across the organization, so some hiccups with that that need to be worked out.
