Insulting Pay Increases - Recensione dipendente - Employee presso Applied Systems

I knew the pay for the position was below industry standards. However, I truly respected the product as being the best in the market. Annual pay increases are insulting, even promotional raises are non existent. Impossible to remain motivated to excel when the C suite takes robust bonuses while touting record profits and providing a pitiful reward to the employees who are the very reason the organization is successful. This does not bode well for the future of client relationships with under appreciated employees. Staff is nearly all remote yet the tech and tools provided to those remote employees is significantly outdated, rarely upgraded to keep up with new tech needed to perform the work.
