Vantaggi
Lots of great people for whom I had a considerable respect for. In the years I was there I learned so much from my peers as well as company paid training. I enjoyed working with the agencies and with other departments. It was not a boring job you were always stretching and growing. I was there before the IPO and it did feel like family. I left because I honestly felt like I was no longer earning my pay check. I went from always having more than to much to do, to pretty much so having nothing to do.

Things changed in the IPO pre and post environment. The company needed to change things in order to position itself for the IPO. That meant having people who had degrees and certificates. Which meant that some very qualified, good people were out and new faces were in. It also meant that everyone was busy trying to figure out how to navigate in the new corporate culture.
