With that in mind, we have implemented a layered-security approach along with policies and procedures that follow industry-accepted best practices. This includes limiting what is allowed to run on company-owned equipment, and following a least-privilege approach for the various systems we utilize to deliver managed services. Employees pay and retention are both very important to us. Applied Tech continues to do market studies on compensation, and turnover is something we strive to keep at a minimum however, it is not always possible to avoid. Our turnover is lower than your estimation, and less than the industry standards in our current labor market. We do acknowledge there is always room for improvement.
