- Bonus structure needs to be seriously examined and restructured. A bonus is meant to reward superlative performance in terms of revenue generated for the company. The company needs to quantitatively analyze all employees on on the revenue / bell curve ratio, and reward them appropriately, for a bonus to be meaningful. Otherwise the real talent will be flying out the doors. - Planning, organization, and process implementation needs improvement at all levels. - Professionalism needs to be stressed and implemented across the organization.
