-My direct supervisor was incredible. -I was able to manage multiple projects at a time with full trust from supervisor without any micromanagement.

-Pay was subpar. -People were being laid off, forced to quit but the company kept hiring new "assistants" at half the pay. -Communication lacked greatly from upper management to field management/technicians. -Proper company training was non-existent. -Lack of organization in upper management/overall business strategy.
