Paid Holidays with Floating Holidays. Some decent coworkers with positive attitudes. Benefits are decent if you are single. This is a great place to start your career, but don't stick around too long.

Poor employee morale in Corporate office. If you like to hear managers refer to their staff as deadbeats, then is the place for you. Everyone is a suspect . Underpaid, no raises because there is never any money, but the workload increases and the cost benefits. If you build relations with upper management then you are golden. The motto is " you should be thankful to have a job here." There is no room for new ideas. As long as you agree with management and don't challenge with new ideas then you will be ok. There is absolutely zero communication of any kind of company events or current happenings for employees. Zero opportunities for professional growth, they want you to come in with top notch skills but too cheap to develop their employees. No work and personal life balance.
