HR is very Unprofessional and has lack of knowledge of hr policies and there was a lack of proper support and clarity for all employees of all departments. Management decisions also felt biased at times, as concerns from all employees were not equally considered before taking decisions. Work expectations were high compared to the salary offered, which affected the overall work environment.
