Salary Policy: Our salary disbursement policy is one of the most punctual and reliable in the industry. Salaries are credited on the last working day of every month, even in months with shorter days, such as February. If the last working day coincides with a weekend or public holiday, we ensure that salaries are processed on the preceding weekday. 3. Performance Appraisals: Appraisals are conducted within 12 months for all employees, barring exceptional circumstances.
