The new product leadership at Bidmachine have not demonstrated an ability to execute on everyday product initiatives. They don't know some basic technical and software development concepts that are necessary to ship.

Very ambitious Leadership. The company has been growing over the last few years. The right people can get visibility and grow quickly.

Very ambitious management is not the right environment for every type of employee.
