I've worked with Appohm for last 6 months. There're a number of things that stand out for Appohm as an organization - Overall company culture is vibrant and fun. The overall quality of projects/ clients stands out. The company is emerging as a strong force in the Salesforce ecosystem and has tapped into emerging technologies.
