6yThank you so much for your insight. I wanted to address a couple of points in your review. Appriss takes great pride in that fact that we promote from within and that we have many employees with long tenures. We also recognize that some of our promotions come with little training on the soft skills of being a manager.
Secondly, it sounds like you may have had a “micro manager” during your time at Appriss. In the future we hope that if anyone feels this way they would reach out to another manager or an HR rep to find the best way to navigate these situations. Lastly, I wanted to address your advice to management on “trusting your employees to work independently and without constant oversight”. Appriss is very proud of our ROWE environment - Results Only Work Environment. We have a performance-based culture at Appriss, and we focus on results rather than the number of hours worked. This also supports our ICARE values:
