Great team, good compensation, simple product but constantly improving and making more complex. Flexible schedule

Weak management, lack of communication with managers

Remote for majority of the company, and there are some really talented individuals. The product is very well built.

There appears to be a gap in structured leadership and planning, resulting in reactive decision making, limited accountability, and a lack of clear direction. Unfortunately due to lots of competition I cannot see a positive outlook for this company.
