Supportive management, easy to approach. You can grow and learn new things. Employees are included in decision making. 2016 is really a bad year for the company. Hope things will change in 2017

I have no idea what HR and IT team actually does. I had seen people struggling for their full and final settlement process, normally it takes 45 working days for FNF to be completed. Here things are totally different. it takes years to get their FNF amount.
