Maybe I could speak a little bit about their APAC team. I was working for APAC and HR there would encourage you to post swanky things about this company on Glassdoor. I heard someone posted negatived things on a Chinese forum about AppsFlyer China, their country manager and HR knew. What happened, that post was removed from that forum. I am not sure what would work except money in that context. The environment is toxic and not really encouraging you to speak out.
Things can be messy and less organized, you won't see a person to lead, because they spent tons of time and money on extravagant marketing promotions activities, fancy designer hotels, in the end, no idea what really deals they signed.
The option plan is a jock, those options are not free, you need to buy and not cheap.
Last, the turnover is huge for APAC, people are leaving and they don't care.
