One bad hire in leadership 3 years ago turned this company from best to worst. Introduced politics instead of quality. Introduced lies and blame games instead of problem solving. Introduced favourism to encourage lies and blame games for getting rid of good and competant people. Hired like minded political yes boss team members and cornered the smart and hard working people to leave. Introduced over estimation of work through wrong technical reasons, lies and blame games, to defend the yes boss team's incompetancy of work and to save the teams gross margins. This over estimation of work results in excessive higher selling price as compared to our competitors, resulting in poor sales and business. Even with the over estimation of work, the dev quality of the product and service to the client is poorest because the only people left on job now are the yes boss incompetent favourite people who only supports and focuses on lies,blame games and technical execuses to save themselves. Introduced the like minded political incompetent poor project managers who make the team learn only politics, wrong doings, bad project management and overall bad culture. So above is what a wrong hire on a leadership position can do to turn an organisation upside down from best to worst in 3 years.
