      Really good people on the shop floor making the product, Many have been here for 20-30 years.

      Management is poor. Have seen many mgrs. ran out because they don't fit in the "closed society" they have created. Some good ones were ran out due to core group being intimidated and unwilling to listen the necessary changes that should have been made years ago. Benfits are marginal.

      The best part were the people and my previous team.

      Right before I left, we were going through a top level leadership transition and some company culture that I valued was lost. I'm sure it has changed since then for the better.
