      Lack of transparency in compensation, with salary payments and pension withheld without notice and handled in a complete opaque way. Management simply ignores or dismissed any issues related to this, with little to no accountability. Unsettling working environment and unfair practices. Deal flow is low and hinders career progression, with management unable to originate new business. Lack of strategic vision

      Hello, thank you for your review. We hope you found your internship useful. Regarding career progression, we have two promotion cycles per year. Strategy consulting slowed across the industry in 2024 but is picking up again, the M and A pipeline is very full. There is much potential across our cleantech sectors to be tapped.
