The upper management are managers more than leaders. They are nice people for the most part but there is definitely an inner circle within the management team, and they still have a good ol' boy mentality that's keeping them from maturing as a company. If you're looking at a management position there, just nod your head and don't rub certain people the wrong way, and you'll be fine.
