I joined Aqua Security seven years ago as a contractor when the team was fewer than 10 people. Over time, I grew into a Tech Lead role and eventually became an Architect, as the company scaled beyond 100 employees. Throughout this journey, I had the privilege of working closely with the India site head(Bhuvan) and Chief Architect(Misha) whose leadership played a key role in shaping my growth. I learned a lot from their vision, decision-making, and ability to keep the team aligned through both challenges and rapid growth. The work itself was fast-paced and fulfilling, full of cutting-edge technologies and complex problems that kept the learning curve steep. Despite the scale, Aqua managed to preserve its collaborative, people-first culture. I'm proud to have been part of Aqua’s journey and growth.
