Nice to hear you liked the company culture, working with clients and our benefits package as we firmly believe all these combined make us stand out from our competitors. We understand communication is key to keeping us successful and we recognise the importance of having a leadership team that is present and approachable, especially as the business grows and we integrate with Merkle. We have made sure that the importance of this is noted by our senior leadership.

      Aquila Insight is one of the least "political" organisations i have ever worked out. A true meritocracy where everyone's input and contributions are actively encouraged and valued. It's true there is a certain "Aquila type" but so long as you're bright, committed, open and fun to work with you'll fit in. It's growth has been amazing. Joining a company that is growing at such an impressive rate is exciting for both employees and clients alike.

      As the company grows there are a few gaps in the process that means things could be a little more streamlined. But apart from that not much really!

      Thank you for your review. We are very glad you feel we are offering a nice environment to work in as well as a meritocratic culture. Our people are our greatest assets and we will keep working on maintaining a stimulating environment while we grow and integrate with Merkle.
