      Thank you for your review. It’s nice to hear you enjoyed your time with us. We pride ourselves on striving to create an environment where everyone can do their best work. Sorry to hear you had to work long hours, occasionally we are all required to work outside our core 7 hours a day, especially when dealing with demanding clients. As an effective way to establish continual improvement within the business, we are also looking at ways to improve our resourcing process so that we can better allocate our resources on each project.

      Aquila Insight is one of the least "political" organisations i have ever worked out. A true meritocracy where everyone's input and contributions are actively encouraged and valued. It's true there is a certain "Aquila type" but so long as you're bright, committed, open and fun to work with you'll fit in. It's growth has been amazing. Joining a company that is growing at such an impressive rate is exciting for both employees and clients alike.

      As the company grows there are a few gaps in the process that means things could be a little more streamlined. But apart from that not much really!

      Thank you for your review. We are very glad you feel we are offering a nice environment to work in as well as a meritocratic culture. Our people are our greatest assets and we will keep working on maintaining a stimulating environment while we grow and integrate with Merkle.
