Regressive Organisation - Recensione dipendente - Business Analyst presso Arab Bank

Regressive policies, bad working environment, one way communication from management, top-down decision making with no feedback loops / regards for employees opinions. too strict. The bank just announced the removal of the already low 20 minute a day smoke-break. Now if you want to smoke during working hours, it has to come out of your annual vacation allowance. You are basically tied to your desk for 8 hours a day, no break, no cafeteria only vending machines, old facilities, dirty bathrooms, I can go on and on about the dictatorship in this organisation but I strongly I advise anyone to reconsider employment here, if you're even thinking about applying, don't.
