The lack of strategy and direction will never make your job easy and their inability to create systems and process will make your life miserable. Their ERP is from the 1980s (you literally can’t use a mouse), the concept of a CRM is greeted with confusion, there’s been so much M&A that the amount of skeletons in the closet is actually amazing.
