If considering joining in sales then consider the recent staff turnover. In the last couple of years the company has lost x1 CRO, x1 Head of US sales, at least x2 US sales reps, x3 emea sales reps, x1 emea inside sales, x1 head of US presales and x3 presales. All this with a current team of 4/5 Sales and BDR's. There has to be reason for this staggering turnover and it lies with the CEO and current CRO who are both inexperienced and difficult to work with.
