      Dear Agent, Unfortunately you did not enjoy your time with us. Achieving breakthrough results for each individual is our goal. When the desired goals are not achieved, blame becomes an ugly vehicle for justification. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time with Arbie. I wish you the best for your future.
