- Not even near competitive salary -- Yes, they may allure you that we'll give you the bonus, it sometimes never comes, and isn't worth salary cut. - Innovation -- Being a services company, they don't care about employees' career development or the kind of work they do which can be repetitive and boring. - Toxic -- They ask you to openly ask questions and have a special group of employees to give you shut-up calls then and there. Trying to play good and bad cop. - Pathetic HR -- (Yes I've called it HR) they don't timely respond and are mostly rude in their communication. They had good people which have already left. - No loyalty program -- New hires are mostly far more paid than the old ones, increments are very low and on their discretion with very vague framework which even management, HR, and their lead don't understand. Use them as a hop and don't even think about staying long. - Nepotism is very high here. - Special drives are carried company-wide and employees are asked to give good reviews at different forums.
