      *Everything **Poor Pay ***Selling garbage, not even quality product. ****Way less competitive than they used to be (several reasons for this) *****CEO gives the same speech each fiscal about changes with strategy and product, and nothing changes ******Outside of 1 or 2 people leadership is laughable

      Not much. Most of the employees are good people and easy to get along with.

      *Terrible Upper management *Middle management doesn’t exist *Focus no longer on Arbitech. Also, somewhat of a dying business. Atleast if you’re independent, with limited options.
